Problems with Windows 8

So, I've recently got a new laptop with that new Windows 8. And naturally, I also got me a new Photoshop;
BUUUUT, problem is: i realised that the photos i colour on Photoshop don't look the same(the colours get all distorted, looking much colder) once i open it on my pc or upload it to the internet (incluiding dA). Tbh, i don't really know what it is, but i assume it's the new Windows since the colours work just fine on Photoshop and also on the Windows Photo Viewer(not sure if that's how you call it in English), but once i open it on anything related to the new system, it looks awful again; also, as a thumbnail on my Images folder, it looks

So, I know I'm absent since ever, sorry for that if you care :/ but even though, that doesn't mean I'm not colouring, I'm simply not posting them here cause my notebook(and that's where my photoshop is..) has no net connection for a long time, and therefore I'm using my mom's. So I think I'm gonna save the pics in a pen drive, and see if I can save them here, to post them. :)
Meanwhile, I'll be checking you guys beautiful work anyway. :)

Ah --well. trying to reach you to get rights to your beautiful colorized version of a black & white Lillie Langtry photo. I'm doing publicity for a show i write about her which is going to be in a festival this fall.I 'm doing a photoshoot and then great design for it next month--but it turns out I need a hi-res square publicity graphic that will pop in a small format for their festival program and website. I LOVE your colored prortrait of her in 1885. Ive researched the b&w, and it is not under copyright, but I want color, beautiful color of her looking sultry.
